Born and raised in New Orleans, LA. the unique culture and world-famous cuisine always kept Chef Ryan inquisitive about cooking from a young age and knew he wanted to become a chef. He attended Delgado Community College Culinary Arts Program and graduated as a Certified Culinarian and a member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), New Orleans Chapter.
Chef Ryan honed his culinary skills over the years working in very prestigious places like The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans. Starting as a line cook and working his way up to Chef de Partie of banquets., sous chef of The Galleria Tennis and Athletic Club and The Royal Oaks Country Club in Houston, TX.
Over his career, Chef was involved in the planning and execution of meals for meetings and special events from weddings, to corporate conventions, hosting political dinners, and following detailed needs of major athletic teams, celebrities, and entertainers.
Becoming a personal chef lead him to travel domestic and internationally cooking for his clients. Enjoying it greatly, he decided to start Flavor Creations. He became a member of the United States Personal Chefs Association and also went through entrepreneurship training through Capital One's Getting Down to Business program that partners with the Louisiana Small Business Development Center (LSBDC).
Through the Getting Down to Business program, Flavor Creations won the opportunity to be Capital One's sponsored vendor at the 2018 Fried Chicken Festival, feeding over 1,500 people his signature chicken and waffles with peppery jelly over two days.
Chef Ryan is now following another passion he's always had, teaching. As a culinary instructor at a local middle school, he teaches his students the appreciation for the source of food, benefits of healthy eating, and fun ways to prepare delicious healthy dishes.
Chef Ryan Galle's purpose for Flavor Creations is to continue to bring together family, friends, and food around the dinner table to savor flavorful meals and enjoy quality time with each other.
